Crown King

Traffic Jam

Arizona Sunset

Two weeks ago we ventured out to a little town in the Bradshaw Mountains called Crown King. We camped in the desert above Lake Pleasant with our friends Dan & Jen. After a good breakfast that Dan scrambled up for us, we departed on the 25 mile 4x4trail that slowly snakes upward to roughly 6000 feet in elevation. About half way up we ran into a weekend "traffic jam" and had to patiently wait our turn to try the fun stuff with the Jeep. Upon arrival, we ate lunch in Arizona's oldest saloon and then began our departure back to the desert floor.
